Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost:

The Standard shipping cost within the mainland USA is $9.99.

Free shipping is available for all orders over $100 to the mainland USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping Time:

Orders are processed and shipped from our West Coast warehouse within two business days of receiving your order. Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. For international shipping options, please visit this site. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please note that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display delivery details.

My Package Hasn't Arrived - What Now?

If your package is past the delivery date or indicates it has been delivered, please check with your local post office or nearby outlet, as the package might be held there.

If it's been 10 days past the estimated delivery date and your package has not arrived, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim with the courier and arrange for reshipment of your order.
